USA based Venture Capital Firm Foxhog Ventures Corp. has acquired a 20 per cent stake in Indian clothing brand, Ripra Clothing.
Foxhog offiical said the acquisition will help generate dividend income and that it aligns with its core investment strategy within the fashion Sector.
Ripra Clothing is a Sikkim based textile brand deals in manufacturing and sales in textiles run by young entrepreneur Prajal Regmi and Pratiksha.
Ripra has raised an undisclosed amount from Foxhog Ventures Corp. to expand their production and marketing in India for FY 2020 and 2021.
According to Foxhog Managing Partner Tarun Kumar , the acquisition will help Foxhog’s other fashion brand Mon Coeur to add more varients to it’s portfolio, the Business is set to be taken care by Foxhog Indian Business head Siddhant Mehta along with Ripra Clothing Team.
